    What We’re Looking For:

    1. Experience Level:
      • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in VA: We require candidates to hold a valid real estate license in Virginia, demonstrating a foundational understanding of real estate practices in the state.
    2. Traits of a Hard Worker:
      • Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment. You take initiative and consistently go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
      • Adaptable: Real estate is a dynamic industry, and we need someone who can adapt to changing market conditions and evolving client needs.
    3. Independence and Capability:
      • Independent Thinker: We value individuals who can make informed decisions on their own. While collaboration is important, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities.
      • Problem Solver: Successful Realtors are adept at finding creative solutions to challenges. Your ability to think on your feet and resolve issues is crucial in this role.

    What We Are NOT Looking For:

    1. Lack of Initiative:
      • If you prefer a passive approach to your work and expect tasks to be handed to you, this position may not be the right fit.
    2. Dependency on Micromanagement:
      • We appreciate collaboration, but constant supervision is not our style. If you thrive in an environment where every move is dictated, this may not be the ideal role for you.
    3. Inability to Adapt:
      • Real estate is ever-changing, and our team needs individuals who can evolve with the industry. If you resist change or struggle to adapt quickly, this may not be the right opportunity.
    4. Low to Zero Deals:
      • While we respect the process to obtain your license, we are NOT looking for someone who does not intend to work as a real estate agent. This is not a team to “hang up” your license just to keep it active. We have a minimum annual sales volume of $3.5M per agent. If you are looking to “just keep your license active” this may not be the team for you.
