A Renovation Project with a Unique Challenge Vinny recently bought his house one year ago when we connected with him again. The house he bought needed a full renovation to make it what his family envisioned. They spent a year working on the renovation but didn’t get far with delays that came up over the year. A house had just hit the market that would have been perfect for this family, had it only hit the market one year ago when they were in the market to buy. Nonetheless, he and his wife wanted to see the home that was for sale, because after all, it checked all the boxes they originally had.
