Hi, I’m Michael Boyce, a seasoned real estate agent and investor affiliated with The M Group Real Estate.
I was born in Florida but spent my youth in North Carolina. As a teenager I became involved in Martial Arts and achieving multiple Black Belts in a variety of styles. I later moved to Virginia in 1990 where I started my first company, a martial arts academy which I still am part owner and remains successful and in business today.
My self defense background led me to law enforcement where I served for 13 years as a police officer, including 7 years on a Special Weapons and Tactics Team, I’ve cultivated a unique skill set that goes beyond the conventional.
I eventually left law enforcement to work with The Department of State and other intelligence agencies domestically and abroad. These specialized work environments allowed me to develop a wide range of skills I still use today to accomplish my goals for myself and my client’s.
During this time I began personally working in real estate as an investor purchasing multiple properties for renovation and rentals. I purchased commercial land and developed the property to be the home of my company. I negotiated lease terms for several national franchise locations and am currently working on a commercial development in the Lake Anna area.

My expertise lies in both residential and commercial real estate, and I’ve had the privilege of being mentored by and networking with some of the top real estate programs globally. I’ve also mentored fellow agents, guiding them to success in their businesses and investments.
Achievements:
Over the years, I’ve achieved success not only as a real estate professional but personally as I hold a great love for aviation. My extensive background in business development includes scaling companies to the next level. I’m a business and personal development coach helping others achieve their dreams of success.
