Event Details

Register Online: Spaces are limited to 30 persons!

Cost: $995 per person. Bring 1 partner with you who co-manages your properties for just $299 (terms apply).

Dates: Two full days, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. (CLICK HERE TO SEE DATES)

What Food is Provided: Coffee, breakfast snacks, and lunch both days. Complimentary happy hour on Day 2 starting at 5:00 PM.

What to Bring: iPad or laptop for setting up accounts and accessing shared documents. Notetaking supplies.

– No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

– Details will be emailed to you after registration and prior to the event to allow for you to plan your transportation arrangements if applicable.

Meet Your Instructors

Melanie Lucero and Michael Boyce, successful real estate professionals, are the founders and managing partners of The M Group, a business that helps people sell or buy real estate. They own and self-manage their long-term rental properties in Virginia. They also specialize in buying/flipping, and holding rental properties using the BRRRR method. Currently, their ventures include the development of commercial real estate with their business partner, which they plan to keep in their rental portfolio, an estimated 50,000+ sq ft complex once complete.

Both Melanie and Michael have ample experience in course development, ensuring that you receive practical, actionable training from experts who understand what works in real-world real estate and business management.

Melanie is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, bringing discipline, leadership, and a results-driven approach to everything she does. Her experience as a real estate professional is backed by her military background, making her an expert in managing high-stress situations and delivering exceptional results. Melanie holds a bachelors degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Training.

About Michael Boyce

Michael owned his first business at age 19, a martial arts academy that is still running successfully today. With a background in business coaching, he has helped numerous business owners become more profitable and grow to the next level. His entrepreneurial experience and expertise in developing strategies for growth add significant value to the courses they offer.
